A message to our patients

Battle Born Eye Care is pleased to announce our new Battle Born Clean Practice Protocol. We would like to outline some of the changes our office has made in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

What we are doing to keep you safe:

  • Staff/doctors are wearing masks at all times

  • Reduced number of exams per day to allow for thorough disinfection of all office and exam room surfaces between patients.

  • COVID symptom questionnaire for all patients/guests prior to entry into the office

  • Curbside pickup and adjustments

What we are asking our patients to do:

  • An appointment will be required for all services, including frame selections. This will allow us to maintain proper social distancing at all times.

  • Please wear a mask to your appointment.

  • Please come to your appointment alone. A parent or caretaker is always welcome if the patient is a minor or requires extra assistance.

  • Once you arrive, please remain in your car and call or text our office at (775) 360-6446 so that we may come out to your car and complete the screening process.

  • We will be reaching out to all scheduled patients to complete some paperwork online prior to their appointment, as well as upload pictures of their insurance cards through our secure online portal. This will speed up the check-in process and exam, and reduce contact between our patients and staff.
